Time Deposit (TD) Account

A Better Way to Save

Earn a higher interest rate on your savings with one of our Time Deposit (TD) accounts.

Time Deposits are great for anyone who wants to set aside money for a specified period. Standard terms range from 91 days to 5 years. Our TDs are set up to renew automatically at the current rate unless the account holder decides to redeem or transfer. In the event of early withdrawals, an interest penalty may be assessed.

Easy Access Account

Perfect for anyone who wants the benefit of a TD and the ability to access your capital like a savings account.

After an initial deposit of $2,500 (minimum opening balance) you can deposit up to an additional $100,000 in your account at any time during the term of the account. The account will renew automatically at maturity at the current rate of interest.

Educational TD Account

With an opening deposit of $500, you can start saving for tuition fees.

Open an Educational TD account with a minimum opening deposit of $500 and contribute anytime. This account was designed as a five year variable rate time deposit. However, if your child is ready to enter college in less than the five year term, funds may be withdrawn without a penalty at the time needed.
